St.Jonhs Matric Hr. Sec School
A Unit of Claretian Missionaries
As the entire humanity is under the threat of pandemic COVID 19, I request all of you to take preventive measures to safeguard you and people around you. We are given lot of medical instruction, recommendation and prescription day by day to fight against the cruel corona virus by the Government of India and World Health Organization. We need to put them into practice with care and concern.
It’s a time to know the strength and weakness of our health. As Doctors suggest, we need to strengthen our immune power to fight against any kinds of virus by consuming healthy food and living in healthy environment. Life is a God given gift and we need to protect it by caring and loving. We are responsible for our life. We shall not blame God and others when we suffer due to ill health. Having this little reflection, I request my JOHNIAN FAMILY to take necessary safety measures to protect you from COVID 19.
View MoreOur curriculum consists of well planned activities for our students which focus on promoting participation, learning and execution. Our students are educated through current and advanced means available today. They are given multiple opportunities to find out their admirable potentialities within themselves and make use of them for their well-being and for others.
To enhance the competence of the child, along with the curricular activities, St. John’s offers Co-curricular activities such as Karate, Skating, Spoken English, Craft, Chess, Keyboard, Abacus, Bharathanatiyam, Art, Band, Gymnastics, Yoga and Brain Training with the expertise of qualifies and efficient teachers on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday evenings under the roof of Claret Cultural Academy (CCA).
Academic excellence alone will not be beneficial for the holistic development of the children. In this advanced world, we must allow the children to know the high values of life. Schools play a major role in influencing the students. To make a student a good citizen ‘Honesty Shop’ is a set up where school children are left to pick up edibles or stationery items on their own and drop the money in coin boxes without anyone to monitor.
